Weekly updates
Every week, we review your progress. We look at what's going well, what challenges you're facing, how tired or stressed you might be, and any recent events, and we update your training plan accordingly.
Workout feedback
We provide clear instructions with each workout to ensure you have everything you need to get the most out of it. Afterward, you can leave your feedback, and we will use it to track your progress and continually improve the plan.
